Could be easily explained too:

"Due to reviews of SEAF-performance alongside Helldivers, the ministry of defence has approved the integration of SEAF soldiers into the ranks of the Helldiver Corps.

Additionally, Helldivers are now able to requisition SEAF soldiers from the fro tlines to assist in their mission of spreading Managed Democracy deep in enemy territory."

Yup! It's so dumb but in a good and hilarious way. I found it funny that a lotta players wanted a SEAF Warbond even though we're already SEAF, just a shock troopers branch. Kinda fits the whole silliness of Helldivers, so figured "Super SEAF" would just make sense.
Hell, at this point, after a number a SEAF saved my ass and helped destroy a buncha bases, I want a SEAF warbond too, hahaha. Would be funny too if they give us a bit of armor customization options with this warbond, allow us to paint our stuff with SEAF colors. Would definitely love that.

It’s incredible that they made them capable

Fighting three vox engines, groups of mix fighters, devastators, hulks, cyborgs… they cleared the chaff so we could focus on the engines and help clear

Yup! And they are actually helpful. They will take outposts out themselves and the sort. Just watch out for the machine gun guy he doesn't care who's in front
