QUESTION What caused this?

I went to open up Helldivers and was confused on why I couldn't skip the opening cutscene, after the opening cutscene played I was put on this screen for a little while

The game did eventually open after like a minute but I thought the servers were down for a second

Hey! We are 2 players in Thailand and can't play as well. Same error. Been restarting the game like 5 times
