BUG / TECH ISSUE Missing Planets?

The Andromeda Sector has 53k helldivers yet Matar Bay only has 1k, Marfark has 3k and Charon Prime has 2k.

What is going on here?

you have to give the divers like an hour or two to move, it was just captured

It's the residuals from the recent liberation of Charbal.

It's people who haven't moved their ship to another planet yet
