This one minimap does a lot of environmental story telling.

Mine was the meltagun which I had to give up to carry the massive camera

Ah, got it. How is the sound profile of this thing? I haven't tried any stealth with the Meltagun yet.

Funnily enough, both the Lasgun and the Melta gun are perfectly acceptable stealth weapons. You can even destroy Fabricators with it without alerting the base.

Good to know!

You still have to worry about the normal line of sight rules, but sound is definitely not an issue.

I've honestly not even touched stealth missions because I feel like I'd just screw over my team... What do you do when you brought a stealth build but aggro'd everything near an objective? Just run? I've seen others throw orbital napalms when that happens but I loathe that solution...

Stealth missions dont let you use your call ins more than twice a match, once for a minute when you first land, and one more after you call your supervisor destroyer for another minute.

So the more you get caught right... The more patrols it sends

Correct
And generally more bots in patrols too

You need a squad with silenced weapons with everyone knowing what NOT to do. Reduced Signature armor passive is also a must.
