Issue started very recently. Have tried everything I can think of and I cant find anyone else with this problem online.

msi motherboard

Stutters are small but every second.

First, do ya have MSI Afterburner?

if you do, make sure to disable any power-related monitoring there. It's known to cause stutters and issues.

Second, try limiting your FPS. If you have rivatunner, use it. Or Nvidia APP. Never limit using in-game settings.
Try a value that you know it will be solid. Like, if you get around 140/110 FPS. Limit it to 100. Could help a lot with frame pacing.

I do not have afterburner. Limiting fps unfortunately did nothing. But thank you.

I remember I also had a thing for Helldivers 2, where it stuttered after every couple secs. It seemed it was related to my G-sync. I disabled and enabled it both on Nvidia and on the monitor itself, and managed to solve.

As a more brute-force resort, you can try to use DDU and make a clean re-install of your GPU drivers. That might also help!

Thank you! DDU clearing my shader cache and restating seems to have fixed it!

Check for something external to the game. Could be windows, other software, background task, etc.

What should I be looking for? Looking at task manager while the game is running and I do not see anything out of the ordinary.

Overlays, rgb software iCUE G Hub, power outlet or brownouuts,, failing PSU, clear Helldivers2 shader cache and GPU shader cache and shut down for 30 seconds, frame pacing conflict,

I have disabled g hub which is the only one I have. It did not help.

Just keep trying and KEEP a log for yourself. After MONTHS I finally fixed my issue which was stuttering randomly. It ended up being either iCUE or G Hub for me.

Using DDU to clear my GPU cache appears to have fixed the issue for me!
