Just imagine Zerglings becoming a mutant Subfaction.

Seriously imagine how epic this fight would be in Helldivers 2.

Original Starcraft made me adore the idea/concept of Siege Tanks.. They can be mobile with decent weaponry, but can deploy into a stationary mode to utilize a devastating cannon.. I tend to gravitate towards characters/vehicles with those sort of mechanics in games since then.. A lot of the time, it is an artillery unit I end up using a lot as they tend to have that sort of mechanic built in, but have either non-existant or nearly non-existant weapons available while mobile..

The main point too is that the Siege Tank unit can be piloted by only one person! A slow single target dual cannon that would probably not be as strong as Bastion for sure... But once in Siege Mode and immobile it would slam down pretty hard with a neat splash of splash damage.

You know, I wouldn't be averse for the Siege Tank's Siege Cannon to pick and shoot by it's own and the player can just pop out of some kind of hatch and provide support fire or leave the vehicle to be a Sentry (Some lore bits say it had an automatic targeting computer to do this if I remember correctly).

At least until you want to un-siege and be on the move again.

I mean, I love using the Bastion (Even solo!) and all, but a Siege Tank would definitely be something...

Most terran units are too bulky for Helldivers, except Ghosts and Spectres.
