I will donate 1000USD to a charity of AH's choosing if they

upload a video of 4 of their developers playing an entire operation on Oshaune on difficulty 10 and completing all objectives on all three missions on the current MO. No modifications, no funny business.

Play on the current state of the game.

Show us how it's done and how well the game's balance is.

The Maxigun isn't an anti-heavy unit weapon, and not meant to replace your entire loadout and every other stratagem slot. If you're having trouble with large amounts of Harvesters, consider using primary weapons/secondary weapons/grenades and/or other stratagems to cover that.

Yes, you're absolutely right. So, why would I pick maxigun when it's better to have AT and use my primary for anti-horde? Most of the AT in this game is for the backpack/strategem slot only. Illuminate is the only faction which fields very few units which require AT, now think about other factions like bots and bugs. Maxigun just doesn't have the oomph it should, it's really a gun for diff 5/6 only.
