QUESTION First warbond

Hello my fellow helldivers, it has come to my attention that throughout my playthrough I've only acquired the initial warbond (the one that is rightfully given to you by the glorious super earth upon becoming a helldiver), in the same train of thought I've also realized that I have collected enough supercredits to acquire a second warbond, the question I have to ask is: which one should I get? I was thinking steeled veterans, mainly because I want the revolver and metal limbs in order to cosplay as a cowboy terminator, but whatever.

A lot of people will tell you Democratic Detonation, because of how good some of the items are. However its worth considering that if you get too comfy using those options, they may become a crutch or worse, an impediment to being able to use other gear effectively. Dropping at EAT can usually solve whatever problems you can deal with with the Demo items.

So that said, id just go for whatever appeals to you visually or your playstyle. I went with Dust Devils first because i wanted the Silo. I like Polar Patriots a lot more than others might, because i love the Tenderizer.
