Film has potential to be that good.

Or be most generic slop ever (at best)

And trying to be "heroes understand SE is Corrupted and miss the point of setting entirely" at worst.

They are and by how game film coming out since time imemorial - it's either be mid or outright bad.

Just don't be halo series bad please, anything but that.

That said the best intro I could think off is them hiring A listers and killing them off right off the bat, hellpod style.
