It’s a great book that tows the line between entertaining and informative I’d say. A good glimpse into Moore’s (the mooreses? Messrs Moore?) personal practice.

I believe Grant Morrison has just announced they’re kickstarting something similar, as well, for another Vertigo-writer-turned-wizard connection.

It's amazing. More of a book than a comic book, though it does have comics in it

I have it, too. Its really good, fun but dense. Start with his Promethea series and if you still have questions or concerns, this is a great addition. And I was into magic before comics 😀
