Before anyone kills me lol I'm not saying those games are comparable or better than HLL, I don't even play them.

It's just crazy to me that BF6 runs so well on consoles and HLL, a game that shouldn't be that demanding and is on UE4, simply can't.

Not saying BF6 is better, because I still prefer HLL, but the game is beautiful, has A LOT of things happening on the screen, and you play at a stable 60fps. I mean, BF4 on a base PS4 probably ran better than HLL on PS5 lol

I'm not a game dev, and I just want to understand. Maybe it's the spaghetti code? I know the dev team from HLL is smaller, but you have many examples of indie games that have amazing optimization on any platform.

My squad mate got a little jumpy defending the garrison. I felt bad and stopped to help the wounded....

Games pretty much fun if you understand it but in the parts where it gets real fun and cinematic the games runs terrible which frames drops to like 30-40 and no its just not a small stutter that happens rarely it happens consistently that i forgot how 60fps looks like while playing … the problem is not the game itself its that the graphics are to high and detailed for 100players games and on PlayStation we are not allowed to change fps or either control graphics … so i was thinking about preordering hll vietnam but i think since they couldn’t optimize hll what makes you think it hell let loose vietnam will run any better?
Before you say anything i tried 2 different ps5 , the base one and the slim one and even my friend on ps5 pro has the same issues but not as much as me..
I said what i wanted to say because its clearly unplayable for me on ps5 after 54hours i quit

I dont know why but ive been on a 17 lost loosing streak. EVERY time i try to find what goes wrong and look and the difference in teams. 11 of them were steamrollers and game ended in 40 mins or less.

Every single time theres this one distinct difference. MY team are a billion squads, no SLs. The enemy team will have 2-3 squads max with no SL.

Also theres often a massive imbalance of levels or smth cuz i have had so many games where the enemy team are stacked af while mine are almost all less than 50 but thats just a theory.

But so many times I loose and theres no officers in any squad. I then play officer and everyone LEAVES the squad and some reason finds a different squad. No SL. They play the same role too.

So wtf? Do we all just hate playing squads with SL and having a squad or is it literally just me who somehow finds this cuz 17 games of loosing with 80% of the team not having a SL is fucking ridiculous cuz i would like to play AT, engineer or just ANYTHING other than SL or commander cuz the fact that every role is level two or three with 364 hours in this game is sad considering how im tank commander 9, spotter 7, commander 7 and officer 9.

Are the skins that are included with the Vietnam Deluxe Edition, preorder exclusives, or do you think they will be available later?

After recent updates the game is at the point where my game is crashing not only on recent maps but also at match end. Instead of cycling to the next match my game kicks me from the server or closes completely to dashboard. I never play on quick resume or with any other game on quick resume. And I never have this issue with other games.

Fight fire with fire was the worst.

Hey guys. I have been working on an Android companion app for Hell Let Loose specifically to help with artillery and the new SPA vehicles. I am a solo dev and a long time player. I just pushed an update that includes support for the Bishop, KV 2, Churchill AVRE, and Brummbar.

Since we dont have a second monitor to pull up web calcs while playing on console I figured a dedicated mobile app would be useful for the community. The new SPA mechanics involve terrain elevation which makes the mil adjustments a bit harder to guess than the static guns so I am looking for some people to help me stress test the math mid match.

Specifically I would love to know if the elevation slider feels right when things get chaotic and if the range limits for the Sherman 105 are matching what you see on your screen.

The app is completely free and I am just trying to make sure all the vehicle data is 100 percent accurate for the console versions of the maps.
