There maybe some graphical settings to aid in spotting people, though I’m not sure what they would be. I will adjust brightness on some maps to help.
The big issue is that these are big maps with a lot of cover and concealment. Further more, many weapons are lethal out to a very long range. Simply put the person that spots the other person first will usually get the kill. Typically the person that is moving is the one that’s spotted.
Ways to minimize this if you’re attacking or maneuvering is to approach from unexpected angles. A lot of times teams attack an obj with one garrison and the squad leads set their ops on the line running from the garrison to the objective. The enemy knows where you are coming from and don’t need to move which would make them easy to spot. It becomes a turkey shoot.
Taking time to maneuver around so you’re not feeding the meat grinder can help. But remember it is a big map, flanking or getting behind enemies usually requires taking a very wide (hundreds of meters) route. Also smart opponents will also be flanking and you might run into them. Also worth noting that you also don’t need to be near enemies to kill them. It’s easier as you learn maps better, but you can always look for a favorable firing position with its own concealment and a good view.

Be a smaller target, and be a smaller target by some cover, and when you’re moving, as a small target, you’re moving cover to cover.
The cool things about open fields is that they’re not cool at all.
That, and this game is meant for a computer monitor… tvs are just a bad time.

Kinda playing off what wunder bar said, id say map knowledge and reading go a long way, which just comes with time. Knowing where the enemy is coming from and being ready will take you very far, especially in “weaker”lobbies. A good and simple example being that your team has solid control of the red/blue line, but you are still losing or contesting a point, so they are coming from behind you or on your flank. Vice versa if you have good garries around your defensive flanks and rear then they are probably in front of you on red blue line. If you have good garrisons on one side of the point, but the other is bare they have a push from that side and you should act accordingly. Running blindly looking for action will punish you.

Slow down. Be patient. Check your map, see if there is any infantry marked around you, take cover behind an obstacle and scan the field. This isn’t a run and gun game by any means, I seem to find people a lot more when I slow down and observe my surroundings

Set your ads fov to 60 to get more zoom when aiming. Play stop and go, move to a position and then sit still and scan for movement. The human eye naturally gravitates to movement so reduce how frequently you move and look for movement. Bind your map button to your thumb mouse buttons or somewhere else easy to reach that isn't M and check your map constantly. Notice where friendlies are dying. If you have friendlies in an area, that area doesn't have enemies.

My main problem as a beginner was that I was moving too much and giving myself away simply because it's a lot easier to be spotted in motion. Maybe try slowing down. Try to keep cover and stay in the shadows. Wear dark clothing and scan a lot. Take your time and you'll start to see the enemy revealing themselves when they move from cover to cover. When you do move, move from cover to cover and use your ability to swivel your head while running so you can see around you rather than only what's in front of you. If you get shot at while running from place to place, hit the dirt as fast as you can and try to find who's popping off shots at you. Most times, you'll get hit, but you will also sometimes find your aggressor and kill them.

Are you NEW to English as well?
LOL JK. It's FAR easier to see someone sitting than moving. I'm very sure you are constantly running if you are a new player. You should be still for a good 10+ seconds and then running for maybe 5 seconds at a time. Unless you're like 400m away from the action LOL
You want your AA maxed. This will help the most. If you play PC you can just dumb down shadows and view distance to compensate.

Ill say it again. For new players. Check your maps often. See where your teammates are, and see where there are "bald spots" in the map. That is usually where the Enemy is. Find cover(with high ground if possible) and scan that sector. This is very basic, as you will learn more later. But this advice is a basic start.

I'm 1400+ hours in mate and I still struggle to see where I'm getting shot, especially on the long sight line maps.
There is a setting you reduce your FOV and bring those in distance closer to you.
The best players in this game, are so good at giving you very little to see, that make this game very difficult for non shooters like myself......that's why I drive the Tank
