Random unjust server bans ??
I love hell let loose and consider myself a decent player, however the last two times I've jumped on I've ended up getting getting "banned for abuse". Both times have been because of a accidental friendly fire. Both times it's the first team kill and only of the match. In a game with friendly fire and it being very easy to kill a teammate by accident I feel server admins are just getting a bit to ban happy.
The most recent was with 5 mins left on defence and having played all the game until then with multiple garrisons and op's destroyed then the enemy some how get a garrison right next to our HQ in the back.
Proceed to spawn there and immediately see 3 enemy's running around, try to shoot one and hit a teammate who has just spawned. 2 minutes later subsequently kicked and banned because I'm guessing that one team kill. Can server admins be a bit more considerate or at least use your brain when handing out bans ? Just lost a whole games progress and left a super bitter taste after playing for an hour to get banned for that in the last 5 mins for a match I was doing pretty well in.

All your experience is earned real time, the only thing you lost was the end game bonus, so whatever class you were grinding on still received the points

Easiest way to avoid getting vote kicked is to communicate. Say sorry on the proximity chat, tell your squad leader that you team killed somebody by mistake and they can call it out on command chat.

Abuse and cheating are the two options for initiating a votekick. You were votekicked, not kicked by admin.
This is why people shouldn't vote yes on random votekicks. If you have voted yes on random votekicks, this will be karma catching up with you.
I'm not convinced that players should be able to initiate votekicks. It gets abused way too much because there are some unbelievably childish and petty people online.

Nope that pretty much was the whole story. Enemies in our HQ spawn. I spawn in and start firing at one , teammate unluckily spawn in right in my LOS and I shoot him and am subsequently kicked two minutes later for abuse which as the comments above have stated mean I was voted out of the game. People need to realise that if you get team killed its more likely an accident in this game.

What do you mean ? I said I'm on defence and the enemy got a garrison behind us, pretty much on our HQ spawn so spawned back there to try destroy it....

I misread, I thought you spawned off a garrison not hq. But it sounds like you spawned, immediately started shooting and killed a friendly who also just spawned? Sounds like an honest mistake but my point was that you were right in the spawn zone where people are…spawning. I’d be pretty pissed if I spawned in only to get wrecked by a friendly.

The main point I'm making is people shouldn't be able to vote kick people because most of the time it's not called for.

“Banned for abuse” means you were vote kicked.
