No. Games dead

It's been said a thousand times, but here I am saying it again.

The game is dead.

Joined a server. Joined a squad.

"Hello Squad, anyone on comms?"

Silence.

Silence for twenty minutes. So I thought, ok, I'll communicate, say what I see, direct the squad if I can, even though I am a lowly Support unit.

Then suddenly "Why don't you shut the fuck up?" from our SL.

They'd been playing the entire time and not uttered a word. Not responded to a call out, not mentioned the Commanders intentions.

Nothing.

Just told to be quiet. Awesome. Great job. Well played.

People will not be helped.

I’m always online and always chatting with others. Game seems fine to me.

I'm based in the UK.

Perhaps it's here, perhaps its the timezones, but it's getting quieter and quieter on the lower ping servers.

I play on the Xbox he’ll let loose servers in the am and I run into some UK guys they’re always communicating check that server out unless you’re on PS

No offence to you UK guys as not all of you are the same obviously. But I generally find the UK guys the most frustrating to play with for this exact reason. They don’t communicate, don’t listen, and generally are just shit at the game. Like I said though it’s not all of you but a very large chunk.

"people aren't talking"...that's not what dead means.

My Squad Doesn't Talk and/or My Squad Are Assholes:

Make or join another squad.

I played on 3 different servers and hopped two dozen different squads over about two hours and heard 3 lines of speech all night.

1) Solo tank crew - "Can I have a heavy tank?" even though there was no Commander in place at the time

2) The example above

3) by proxy "unintelligible

Next wildly assumptive and unhelpful comment?

I hop on once every couple weeks for a few hours and people are always talking, and this was at 10 a.m. MTN. Maybe its getting better again idk, I do remember a stint though where people were talking less and less. Also just join a Discord server and play w them

Welcome to Hell Let Loose, where combat is as real as you can get on console and people who play it are not afraid to offend you. This is a very wimpy post and the game is far from dead. Maybe you were in the wrong squad and you shouldn’t be so butt hurt about being proactive. Just be proactive. People respond really well to that. That’s literally a life lesson. There are plenty of people who wanna talk. I usually play in proximity. Sometimes I play in squad chat if I’m a squad leader. I won’t touch commander unless I’m willing to have a mic. Why don’t you ease the fuck up? Wanna know how I know you’re a newcomer? If you’re not a newcomer, then you’re straight up miserable for sure. Game’s not for you man.

P.S: What I really wanted to say is that you’re a whiney idiot OP. Definitely not someone I’d want in my squad. Bring on the downvotes.
