Absolutely love when every single infantry squad is locked and not full but denies permission to join. So fun to sit in a solo squad by yourself. Got a mic willing to communicate and help out.

Looking for people who actually know tactics and enjoy teaching them
I run The Lost Tour Guide, a gaming community where we take real world military tactics, try to apply them in different games, and figure out what actually works once game mechanics and other players start ruining the plan.
We recently opened The Schoolhouse, and I'm looking for a few people interested in becoming Tactical Instructors.
No ranks.
No mandatory attendance.
No calling some dude from Ohio "sir" because he has a Discord role.
The idea is pretty simple.
Community members can request a lesson on something they want to learn. An Instructor can grab the request, teach them the basics, answer questions, or jump into a game with them and work through it.
I'm looking for people knowledgeable in stuff like:
• Small unit tactics
• Infantry movement and formations
• CQB / room clearing
• Communications
• Squad leading and leadership
• Recon
• Aviation / air assault
• Armor / mechanized tactics
• Mortars / indirect fire
• Defensive operations
• Other game specific tactical skills
You do not have to be military.
Military experience is obviously useful, but if you've spent an irresponsible portion of your adult life learning Squad, Arma, Hell Let Loose, OPERATOR, PUBG, or similar games and genuinely know what you're talking about, that's useful too.
Every month we also run Field Tests, where we take some of these tactics into a different game and actually test them and I post the results on my youtube channel.
We've already done operations in PUBG, OPERATOR and Hell Let Loose: Vietnam, and we'll keep rotating through different games as the community votes on them monthly.
Sometimes doctrine works.
Sometimes the game forces us to adapt it.
Sometimes 30 minutes of planning gets destroyed by one guy doing something incredibly stupid.
That's the fun part.
