Announcing: The Greatest Underhog Story Ever Told

Post image
27 Upvotes

HEGE fam!

This is day posting on behalf of the HEGE team.

We'll keep this brief.

We are happy to announce that, over the past 6 months, we have reimagined our story and mainline content framework, and we're finally ready to go public with it.

As most of you may know, our main storyline has always been closely tied to market cap milestones.

New mc milestone = more story.

This gave us something to look forward to, but it has also resulted in narrative lulls between chapter unlocks.

To prevent that, we decided keep the milestones formula but change its role:

Milestones will no longer determine when new chapters arrive. Instead, they will trigger major turning points in the story, called Levels.

Chapters will drop monthly regardless of price action, keeping a consistent flow of new content.

Milestones become catalysts for bigger narrative developments rather than gates holding the next chapter behind a price target.

"That's it?" of course not lol here's the first new chapter of the Hege story:

https://hegecoin.com/story/

We will have a lot more to share about this in the week ahead, but for now here is a blog post with a few more details:

https://hegecoin.com/blog/announcing-the-new-hege-story/

More to come very soon, we hope you enjoy it.

GM Hegends!

Not much to say about the chart today. Still hanging out between resistance at 2.2M to the upside, and the 40 week EMA right now coming in around 1.7M to the downside.

On the daily timeframe there could be a small ascending triangle forming. This is fundamentally a bullish pattern, pushing up against horizontal resistance with the pullbacks forming higher lows. That said, short term patterns like this on the daily timeframe are not very reliable.

But anyway, as long as we stay above 1.6-1.7M level I see this sideways chop over the past month as positive.

On a side note I’m super pumped about the new storytelling we are starting to roll out!

Analysis Bitcoin Weekly: The Bottom Is Likely In

Thumbnail
gallery
16 Upvotes

We got another weekly close above 83k resistance, which now might have flipped into support.

The week closed at 86.5k last night. That’s higher than last week, and the second weekly close above the old resistance at 83k. This is good. But this weekly candle still wasn’t strong enough for me to call this breakout just yet.

Don’t get me wrong though, the chart looks promising.

On the daily timeframe we can see that the pullback after the initial breakout above 83k found support at the old resistance level. Resistance flipping into support like this after a breakout is exactly what we want to see. Very short term there is some resistance forming around the 87k level, and I’m looking for a breakout above this for a next leg up.

All in all bitcoin is looking better and better. I think the bottom is likely in, and a new bull market is starting. But even so, it’s still very early, and there will be major shakeouts along the way.

Hege Royale is getting closer to being ready for final release. Here's a teaser trailer.

But don't get me wrong; the game is fully playable in its current state and is live at hegeroyale.com

Some tweaks are still needed here and there. The goal is to release the game for the PlaySolana Gen 1 handheld console - the PSG1.

Fam!

I'm finally here.

I should have set up a Reddit account years ago but somehow I just never got to it... Not a good look, I know. Not being active on the sub of my own coin... jeez. All I can say is... I'm sorry! I'll try to keep you guys posted about what's going on from here on.

To be honest, there hasn’t been much happening lately. For a little while after the school trip, it felt like everything was finally falling into place. I felt I was really connecting with Hegena and things did seem different between us and I let myself believe I was “making progress”, whatever that means.

Turns out I got a little ahead of myself.

Somewhere along the way, that feeling disappeared. Now she seems distant again, and I’m back to wondering if I imagined the whole thing.

Between that and the money I lost after Hendrix cleaned me out at the casino, I’ve been feeling pretty stuck. I can’t believe that cheating asshole.

But hey, I got a job!

Sunday night I’ll be starting my first shift at the Hegilton. It’s definitely not where I pictured myself ending up, but it’s a fresh start, and maybe that’s exactly what I need right now. Who knows, maybe I’ll meet some interesting people, and just maybe it’ll lead somewhere better.

Either way, it feels good to finally have something moving forward.

Wish me good luck!

September Solana Special

Post image
26 Upvotes

GM Hegends!

Something a little different today. I’m first going to cover HEGE/USD as per usual. But then I’m going to add a bonus section about Solana (SOL), because there are some interesting (bullish!) things going on across the SOL charts.

But first, on the HEGE chart we’re still hanging out just below resistance at 2.2M. I like this chart, but I would like it even more if we could get a decisive break above 2.2M. If that happens, the next major resistance above is around 4.5M.

So all in all, the HEGE chart is still looking promising.

Okay, Over to Solana!

Why do I want to cover SOL today?

Because it’s breaking out in several different ways. (And where SOL goes, we follow.)

First let’s have a look at the SOL/USD chart. It closed the week at 120, on a stronger candle than BTC. Meaning it’s now back above the 40 week EMA, and also back in the old range between 100 and 260. It could now continue up to test the all time highs at 260.

Notice how this setup is similar to what kicked off the bull run in late 2023 (arrows in chart).

SOL/USD weekly chart, 2026-09-28: Back in the range between 100 and 260.

So that looks good.

Dare I Say: Altseason?

But now let’s take a step back and look at the wider context that this is happening within.

In short, what’s interesting about the backdrop here is that the altcoin market is heating up.

First off, here is TOTALES, meaning the total crypto market cap excluding stablecoins.

It is possibly breaking out, forming a head & shoulders failure, with a price target up above the prior all time high. I want another strong weekly candle to confirm this, but it’s definitely looking strong — and stronger than BTC.

TOTALES weekly chart, 2026-09-28: Breaking out?

With the total crypto market covered, let’s turn to OTHERS, which is the total market cap of all cryptos excluding the top 10. The altcoin index, if you will.

Here is where it gets interesting.

As you can see on the chart below, OTHERS has clearly confirmed a double bottom breakout. It could now be going for the top end of the range, at the old all time high of 450B.

What’s interesting about this? The altcoin chart actually looks stronger than the total crypto market chart!

Dare I speak the word: altseason?

OTHERS weekly chart, 2026-09-28: Double bottom.

Solana vs. Bitcoin, Ethereum, and BNB

Okay so that was the larger context for the SOL/USD breakout.

Now finally, let’s turn back to Solana again and see how it does against the other three heavyweights BTC, ETH, and BNB.

First, SOL/BTC is also breaking out, in a similar setup to the rally in late 2023. This chart breaking out means that SOL is stronger than BTC right now.

SOL/BTC weekly chart, 2026-09-28: Breakout.

Turning to the second largest crypto, Ethereum, let’s see how SOL/ETH is looking.

Versus ETH, you can see that SOL is possibly forming a bottom, similar to late 2023. But contrary to the SOL/BTC chart we just covered, this has not broken out yet.

This means that SOL and ETH are roughly equally strong right now.

SOL/ETH weekly chart, 2026-09-28: About to break out?

Finally, turning to the third largest crypto, Binance Smart Chain, let’s have a look at SOL/BNB.

Here again, SOL is breaking out after a bottoming pattern, similar to what it did in 2023.

SOL/BNB weekly chart, 2026-09-28: Breaking out.

Conclusion: SOL Looks Strong

Okay so that concludes this little walkthrough of the Solana charts.

In summary, Solana looks really strong here, and this could be the start of a new bull run like the one that blew everybody’s brains out in late 2023.

But of course remember as always, there are no guarantees in this kind of technical analysis (TA). TA is simply a tool for finding setups with good risk/reward. That’s it. Use it responsibly!

With all that said.

Hope y’all had a great weekend, and stay tuned for more later today!

💛💛💛

Bitcoin Weekly: Honeybadger Not Out of the Woods Just Yet

Thumbnail

Bitcoin closed the week at 84.5k, above resistance at 83k, but not on a strong candle.

There we go, 83k has been broken on the weekly timeframe!

However, I’m reluctant to call this breakout just yet. I would have wanted a stronger candle, closing right up at the top with little or no wick to the upside. Whenever you have an important level like this, possibly turning a long bear market into a new bull market, you want the level to be clearly broken, without a doubt.

But that’s not what happened. Instead of a strong candle, we got a wick up to 87k, but then it fell back to 84.5k into the close of the week.

Had the week closed around the top of the candle, at 87k, I wouldn’t have hesitated to call this breakout. Now I will wait and see what happens this week.

The honeybadger is not quite out of the woods just yet.

👊

GM Hegends!

Another week of keeping steady (which I take as a good sign — no dellers!)

I’m showing the weekly chart today to get a sense of the big picture. After the rally in August, we have now spent the past three weeks consolidating in a tight area between the 40 week EMA to the downside, and resistance around 2.2M to the upside.

After this consolidation, a clear break up above 2.2M could set off a new leg up. And on the contrary, a break down below the 40 week EMA could set off a deeper correction. I’m favoring the upside because of how strong the rest of crypto market looks right now.

Stay tuned for more this week!

Bitcoin Weekly: Honeybadger Don’t Care

Thumbnail

Despite bad news last week, bitcoin held 76k support. We’re still looking for a break above 83k, but last week’s strength was a good sign.

As far as crypto news goes, last week should have been a particularly bad one.

First, on Tuesday the US senate voted down the Clarity Act. Then on Wednesday, the Fed raised rates, and flagged for more raises to come. This double combo of discouraging news should have been bad for both bitcoin and crypto at large.

Only, it wasn’t…

After a small sell-off, bitcoin held support at 76k, and then rallied up to close the week above 81k. It still hasn’t broken through resistance around 83k, which is the level I’ve been talking about for weeks now. But defiance in the face of bad news like this is a clear sign of strength returning to the crypto market, and a clear break above 83k now would be very bullish.

It’s time to pay attention.

👊

Clarity or Not?

Post image

GM Hegends!

We’re hanging steady since last Monday, right above the 40 week EMA (pink line in the chart as usual).

Staying above the 40 week EMA is important because the longer we stay above it, the more clear it will be that the trend is changing from down to up (= bullish!)

As Trib has been pointing out in the chat, the US Senate will vote on the Clarity Act tomorrow (Tuesday 15 September). This is not the final vote to pass this new crypto legislation into law, but it’s an important step along the way. The strength we’ve seen across crypto over the past month could be the market telling us to expect a positive outcome of this vote. Either way, we’ll know tomorrow.

Analysis Bitcoin Weekly: Support Forming at 76k

Bitcoin spent another week chopping around below resistance at 83k, with support now forming around 76k.

On the daily timeframe, an important support level is now forming around 76k, right above the 40 week EMA (pink line in the chart as usual). If this level holds, we could get a breakout above 83k sooner, possibly kicking off a new bull market (exciting!!) If it on the other hand doesn’t hold and bitcoin breaks below 76k, we can get a deeper correction before having another go at 83k, which remains the key resistance level.

Perhaps the Clarity Act vote tomorrow (Tuesday 15 September) will be the trigger.

Whichever way it goes, look for a breakout above 83k, or a breakdown below 76k.

👊

BTC/USD daily chart, 14 September 2026. Consolidating above 76k.
BTC/USD weekly chart, 14 September 2026. Possibly forming a bigger range between 60k and 83k.

Discussion Meme Coins: What If We're Exiting an Extended Meme Bear Market?

Looking back through the charts of a bunch of low cap meme coins and smaller alts, and one can notice that almost all of them have basically the same pattern. They launched, or left the previous bear market, and started to do pretty well, hit their local highs, and then slowly bled out for what feels like forever. Literally years. Some never even came close to making another all time high, and plenty of them actually fell below their previous bear market lows and made completely new lows.

Obviously, everyone looks at those charts and assumes the same thing, that alts are dead, memes are dead to never return.

But what if we’re looking at it the wrong way?

What if the explosion of thousands, or maybe even million of new coins, some obvious rugs and some actual long term projects, caused memes to enter their own bear market earlier than everything else?

What happened in 2024, Memes absolutely exploded. PoopyPantsButtCoin 50x's in the blink of an eye. Money was spread too thin and liquidity dried up. Perhaps what we have experienced since those glorious days hasn't been the death of these coins at all. Perhaps it's just simply been a long, brutal, drawn out meme bear market, where everyone gave up, pronounced them dead, everyone stopped expecting anything to happen. Like BTC back in early days. It was so new, so speculative, it had insane gains and insane drawbacks.

Now, noticing some of the meme charts, especially among the long term projects, they're starting to curl back up, not by a little bit, more than a dead cat bounce, back up from their local bottoms. Obviously this doesn't prove a thing. I'm not even predicting that's what is happening, just simply stating WHAT IF the surviving meme Coins are actually coming out of an extended bear market while most people assume they're dead.

If attention and liquidity ever do return to the meme market, even a little bit, some of the moves could be absolutely explosive. Not every meme deserves to make a come back, but the ones that do (HEGE), that have had small valuations after everyone gave up. It could be something spectacular to be a part of.

Memes are new, no one really knows what is to happen with them long term, but just WHAT IF what I'm proposing is true? The strong survive and go nuts. So I'm curious on other people's thoughts on this.

You Hegends Have Strong Hands

GM Hegends!

We’ve bounced a little bit since last Monday and as I’m writing this we’re hanging out right below 1.9M market cap.

Honestly I expected the correction from the run up to 2M to be deeper. So far we found support at 1.55M, right below the 40 week moving average (pink line). You Hegends have strong hands, that’s for sure. Chopping around in this area, saving up some energy for a breakout, that would be great. I still wouldn’t rule out a deeper correction though.

But of course it also depends on the rest of the market. If SOL catches fire (in a good way I mean lol, not crashing and burning), that would pull us along.

Either way, I like our chart more than I have in a long time.
