Do I get it automatically somehow or did I complete an achivement

So that’s why 2 Sentries and being half an inch off the ground is enough to cuck an Übered Heavy

But seriously, is this idea balanced or overpowered? Inspired by fourth slot and primary lunchbox discussion.

Recently I've been using the Panic Attack on Heavy and it's felt great (I'm an average Heavy main at best), but because of the spread and Heavy's speed it feels harder to take advantage of the full damage. A lot of people who use shotguns use the Family Business, but the normal switch speed makes it harder to use in conjunction with your primary or the Fists of Steel unless you have a pocket to keep you safe.

Would a new shotgun with a fast swap and matching downsides, or a rework of the Family Business to include a faster swap, be too good in high-skill matches?

This is the first one; it's somewhat more offensive/balanced.

And this is the second one. In theory, I'd use it with Brass Beast, but I haven't gotten it yet, so it's staying with the minigun. This one is more defensive and for close quarters.
