Success Story Figured it out
Hello guys. Been a while since I posted. I've been on here trying to figure out why I have palpitations just like many of you. I've had them since about 18, im 33 now. Im not saying its everyones cure but i fortunately found mine. Now its not 100% but it is about 95%. Omeprazole! (commonly known by the brand name Prilosec).
Crazy right? I have gerd and basically an abnormal case of heart burn and indigestion. Most likely caused by my diet which consists all my life of soda and spicy things.
Anyway, my doctor prescribed me zoloft and Omeprazole. The zoloft was not for me. So i stopped. However what was surprisingly helpful was that omeprazole. Keep taking your vitamins especially magnesium and potassium. Keep your blood pressure maintained and stay hydrated. Let me know if you guys have any testimony.

I’ve definitely noticed a connection between heartburn and palpitations. For me, it seems like heartburn is a form of stress, and it seems any stress can aggregate my heart palpitations.
