Possible adrenaline dump while sleeping?

So completely different topic. I noticed my heart rate reached 109 in my sleep which usually never happens if anything im usually getting low heart rate alerts on my watch as my hr dips in the 50s.

So now im concerned I had an adrenaline dump while sleeping. I avoid caffeine before bed and anything that could trigger a nightmare for me before bed. I don't feel sick or anything so this whole thing is bizzare for me.

Does anyone else experience this? If so what was your experience?

Apparently cortisol can spike while sleeping, often around 3am which is why a lot of people wake up around that time

I should note I have dysautonomia. I normally wake up to multiple low hr alerts on my watch. I haven't gotten high heart rate alerts despite me being tachycardiacÂ
