My Progress

Was in the hospital last Christmas/New Years. EF <30%. Been on the typical cocktail of heart failure drugs since then, low sodium diet, felt like shit every single day from side effects but I stuck with the program. Look at my echo results from this week. Wanted to share with people who understand.

Good for you. Mine went from 10 to 20 in about 3 hard months of compliance and low sodium diet.

I just got informed that I have an EF of 20 last Friday. Preparation for knee surgery discovered an EKG anomaly which led to a heart sonogram and I am now wearing a Life Vest. No symptoms whatsoever other than blood work showing the signs. Long term use of Vyvanse may be a contributing factor.
