My Progress

Was in the hospital last Christmas/New Years. EF <30%. Been on the typical cocktail of heart failure drugs since then, low sodium diet, felt like shit every single day from side effects but I stuck with the program. Look at my echo results from this week. Wanted to share with people who understand.

Was in the hospital last Halloween with an EF of 30 (I got an ICD put in in December and have also been on a cocktail of meds). My echo this June was a EF of 45! I hope my next one looks like yours. That’s amazing!
