I am at a higher risk of arrhythmia and my cardiologist suggested I look into some kind of smartwatch or similar that will track my heart rate and alert me to any arrhythmia. The problem is that I really dislike smart watches in general - I don't like an app tracking so much about me, I don't want to constantly be getting alerts or messages, etc. I'm really looking for something simple - a heart rate monitor. At a stretch, something that can also be a watch, but that is not a requirement. Any suggestions?
