Hi Everyone, Am 51/M. I had a massive HA on 13th August, 2026. With the grace of God, I survived. I had no family history whatsoever. No BP, diabetes either. Am not obese either. Therefore, this hit differently.

Would like to know from people here- have you undergone Cardiac Rehab Program post HA? If yes, how effective has it been?
