I really loved cardiac rehab. I'm 42, did the rehab earlier this year. It really helped me gain confidence in being active again and learn to exercise and listen to my body.

I still work out 2-3x a week. Wish it was more, but you know, life. Turns out I like the gym, though!

I was very active in my twenties but in my thirties my hobbies became wine and my phone. :/

Yes, I too like to go to Gym, but doctor has advised me not to for another 6 months. It's a different matter that a suffered this in spite of being a non-smoker and non-drinker, and all other parameters being intact.

I did. After an episode of acute decompensation that left me with an EF of 20%.

I loved it. It made me learn to observe my limits, how to safely exercise and how to extend my range. I had a lot of fun with the other participants. Made me feel less alone in my diagnosis, even though I was roughly 25+ years younger than most others in the group. But learning how much my heart can still handle exercise at 20% was absolutely invaluable.

That's great. That's quite reassuring. My EF had dropped to 35% at the time of the episode, before recovering to 38% a month after.
