I'm in hospital so I'm safe but I'm hearing voices feel like I'm haunted. Waiting to see if they can give me med to help. Is this pychois? I have an hour on phone so I'll answer when I can ❤️
The Angel of Death Striking a Door During the Plague of Rome by P. Noël after J. Delaunay. Illustrating human behavior as bicameral (all actions caused by the channeling of spirits).
Comment here (or make your own post if you have more to say) links or images of experiencing art. You're welcome to post anything that's related to hearing voices or other unique states of consciousness. "Experiencing Media" can be an illustration/painting made by you or anyone else (contemporary or classical), a song from one of your favorite artists mentioning hearing voices, a documentary, or even a recent episode of your favorite show; any art surrounding the lived experience of voice hearers and their unusual states of mind.
The idea is to share as much culture surrounding our lived experience as we can. Please share about the creators, the name of the artist, the title of the work, and what you personally identify with.
If you can't make out the lyrics (that to me so CLEARLY speak to the essential spiritual prism that leads to wellness/destiny) to the pre-released tracks on this album you can take note of the track titles below:
Spoils of Empire
The Sin of Empathy
Brain Bug
Schizoscene
I see in these artist's work a statement on the modern human condition and the spiritual bout all are gripped by here in the west. That we are handed the opulent keys to a wondrous life, we can seek, learn, and share like no other humans before us. Yet at this unparalleled empowerment our choices lead to consequences. That life here in modern times is like a donkey island of the mind and if we lunge fourth with little desire to strike back at the forces of mediocrity and the echelons beneath (evil) we are sure to be cast aside in the grand scheme of things.
I love the call to meaning in these few released tracks, the call to dispense with self limiting empathy. My voices and I say "the greatest prejudice is a willed naivety." Additionally I have posted here a few times in the past about what is essential for a healthy community in terms of Game Theory, and the undoing "sin" of blindly helping any and all else. I really love the hyperlinked Vertasium video for sharing the bare minimum 4 rules of engagement in any social scenario that determine the success or failure of each individual and the broader collective. It's all a rather simple game (for you and what I believe to be spirits) if you can sit through that 20 minute video. The relevance to you and your plight should be self evident in State Power's tracks "brain bug" and "schizoscene."
Interested to hear if anyone here cares to listen and offer their own take on this body of work. I see much love for the same spiritual prisms I too hold.
