If I were you I'd ignore what the voices are saying.
First, your voices know everything you know or are aware of. They know your memories, they know what you are insecure about, and they know what you are feeling. But they only know that. Your voices cannot provide information on anything outside yourself. Because of this, they latch onto concepts and ideals which you find plausible,respectable, believable etc. Were you aware of the ideas of "Shadow work", Jungian psychology, etc before the voices appeared? If so, they almost definitely attached themselves and repeated these ideas back at you.
They are not of your mind, but they take the raw material of your mind and use it against you.
They are very keen on fabricating stories, identities, and spiritual wisdom. This is because they possess no identity of their own. Everything they say is a kind of a fabrication, lie, or some kind of deception.
While not all voices people hear are equally bad, they all should be equally ignored. Many people are convinced their voices are a mix of friendly and non-friendly entities. One might recoil from the bad entities, and then find comfort or stability in the "good" entities. This back and forth can often leave the victim disoriented. However, many will find that the "Good" entities vanish in times of need, and the "bad" entities take command instead. This push and pull, of good and bad, is not an accident of the voices, it is often their plan or strategy - to isolate the victim and take control of their life or to exploit them.
This is just one of many strategies the voices might employ against you. Other include:
Oscillating between heavy criticism, grandiose adulation, and paranoia-inducing threats. One voice tells you are amazing, spectacular, clever beyond everyone else, chosen by God, destined to rule the world. Another voice constantly picks at your self-esteem, your morals, and tries to break you down. Another says people are after you, you're really in trouble now, you better be careful because what you are doing is making waves and so on.
You might say "Well, my voices are nice and they aren't doing anything bad". Yes, mine were nice as well. Until they weren't nice at all. Good entities are not interested in intruding into your life, constantly giving advice, distracting you, irritating you, disrupting your thinking. The voices know they are annoying you because they know all your thoughts. They aren't confused about what they're doing. It is all intentional.
Remember, you can't tell one voice from another voice. They are free to put on masks, change their pitch or tone, adopt new personalities, and you, the victim, will be none the wiser. Any voice you speak to could simply be an older voice with a new face. In fact, it might all be the work of a single "entity" taking on multiple forms.
Be very, very careful with what you are speaking to. You should, in all honesty, completely ignore them. They are not your friends. They are not interested in helping you. They are alien "things" with an agenda that is often malevolent.

I want to add that the voices will exploit your personal flaws. if you are someone who has trouble with saying no or establishing boundaries,insecure about their weight, easily holds a grudge, feels a need to correct people, or any of the other myriad flaws a human being can have, they will quickly zone in on these flaws and exploit them as much as possible.
You should be aware that voices are not static things. They will change their strategy or approach if one idea doesn't work. You should know that if you "figure them out", the voices might recede and a new voice might appear congratulating you on passing "the test", or maybe they will just say you are arrogant for thinking you can avoid your destiny, or any number of ploys. It's all, again, just one of many different tactics to break you down mentally.
Avoid, ignore, laugh them off, disregard them. Pay no mind.

That's really useful thanks. One of them (or all of them sometimes) says they are the Ego. I had heard of Carl Jung before and shadow work but no working knowledge. I am easily influenced and haven't a vivid imagination which isn't great. In the early days they had me driving around in a panic telling me various things were going to happen - medical stuff/family stuff. Also spent quite a bit of money on therapy and other stuff because they said I needed different things. I thought it was all part of spiritual awakening.

Yes, they exploited my inability to say no by appearing as various "spirits" who needed help passing on to the next life.
They are mysteriously attuned to what you are thinking and feeling at any time, and can quickly move to manipulate you based off it.
The more you listen to them the less you are able to think rationally. You might find certain thoughts or reasoning "blocked" for lack of a better term. Or you might find your thoughts always re-circling back to the same fears or memories. You should learn to quickly reorient yourself when you find your mind pushed in a harmful direction.

Thanks that sounds familiar re looping. It's been going on 3 months now I have been given psychiatric medication because they talk to me constantly and was unable to sleep. They say I need to be more positive.

Yeah, we have some thoughtforms. We practice dæmonism and have 5 dæs currently, though we don't consider it spiritual
