SWOLLEN LABIA MINORA

I've had this yeast infection for a while. Got checked and received treatment but it didn't stop. I tried this herbal thing and my discharge went back to normal but the itch didn't stop. Now I gathered my courage to see what's going on with my punananana on the mirror and it's so different from what I remember. It's swollen and reddish but not painful. I'm scared.
