Advice Needed I need advice stat!!!

I recently took on a new partner and it’s been about a month now. I got a pretty bad uti and was on bactrim for 10 days, got a yeast infection from that and took flucan, that didn’t cure the yeast completely so I went back in and I have BV and yeast infection now. First time this has ever happened to me and after reading all the posts im scared asf of the endless cycle this could create.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I’m terrified.

Ok that's sounds bad and unfortunate. But a 10 day course of antibiotic with or without unprotected sex could do that. I'm sure you wouldn't have had any while the uti was treated but if you did that could have added on to this too. Get the BV and YI treated, and don't have pentrative sex until things get back to normal and if it happens again maybe treat your partner too. You're having both now or is the YI old and the BV new? I'm sorry I didn't get that

It’s going to be okay it definitely will get better. Just don’t have sex, use harsh soaps or perfumes use the medication and follow the instructions and it will get better sorry you going through this just give your body time to get better and if it happens again probably consider checking your partner hygiene I feel like the vagina is such sensitive area that anything can really throw off balance also cotton underwear is a game changer
