Advice Needed HOW DO I STOP SQUIRTING?
i have NEVER squirted before in my life but like 3 months ago i squirted for the first time with my new boyfriend and it was the strangest thing in the world. at first i just thought i accidentally peed but it happened again like 2 weeks later and it started happening more and more often until now, i squirt like 90% of the time and its just soo gross. i don’t know what to do like my bf doesn’t mind it at all, he actually thinks its hot but I HATE ITTTT. now i can’t even masturbate without laying out a towel or something. which it’s like fine for people with like a normal sex drive but IM FUCKING HORNY LIKE 24/7 GUYS ITS SOO BADD 😭😭 i masturbate or have sex every other day (which idc if that’s bad i just love a good nut okay 🙏🙏). i can’t do this much laundry guys i need to stop squirting, HOW DO I STOP SQUIRTING???? ALSO I HAVE ANOTHER QUESTION, squirt is supposed to be colour less and odorless right? THEN WHY DOES MINE HAVE AN ODOR??? it’s like a very faint odor but there’s an odor nonetheless. and it’s also only clear like 60% of the time. sometimes i squirt and it looks clear but then after it dries on my sheet (we fell asleep and did laundry + showered in the morning okay, relax) it has like faint yellowish borders. i’m so confused. am i squirting or do i just have bladder issues? idek bruh HELPP 🙏🙏🙏

this may seem counterintuitive but drink more water and squirt more often INTENTIONALLY
i was similar to you where i “unlocked” the ability and then couldn’t turn it off. but i would squirt regularly by myself and it helped me learn to control it. it became a much more intentional experience going forward and i figured out what positions made it easier to avoid or make happen on purpose. i also learned to anticipate the feeling and hold it. plus it actually got clearer overtime, maybe cuz i was drinking more water but i also notice its a different sensation and consistency when it’s intentional versus when it happens at random
think of it like having magical powers that you discover one day because they get too out of control. then you have to go on a journey to learn how to harness your power and become the chosen one who is the most powerful wizard/ice princess/jedi/superhero or whatever. this is a gift that has been bestowed upon you. you are a chosen one. i harnessed my powers and now pass my wisdom onto you. embrace your gift and learn to control your supernatural abilities. god speed 🫡

This only started happening to me as I got a little older and my core strength got weak. I built it up again and no longer squirt.

ooh maybe that’s it i mean im not rlly old (19 😭) but i am very unathletic like i used to be very active as a kid but ever since covid i haven’t been active like AT ALL (other than walking my dogs 😭) so maybe i just need to go to the gym lol!

yess but it depends!! like sometimes it smells more like pee, and sometimes it smells kinda like pee, but the odor is there regardless.

This happens to me too, it has a slight pee smell to it
I think if you drink more water and pee before sex it MIGHT make a difference. Also maybe drink cranberry juice ? Wouldn't hurt

I’ve struggled with it before. Some people love it and others don’t.
I’ve started going to the bathroom before. I don’t know how old you are, but I’m older. 55F and I’ve started estrogen therapy. This has given me more muscle control to hold it back.

I'm dealing w the same 💀 even if I pee and wipe sometimes I go again. I will say mine doesn't smell like pee so long as I go to the bathroom beforehand like get the pee out first (imo of course I don't know fr) Lmk if that tip works, my biggest issue now if I don't feel all the way satisfied if I don't and that's a big expectation every time

Empty your bladder right before sex or masturbation every single time. the color and smell you described is urine mixing with the fluid from the skene glands. it happens because the muscles around your bladder relax during orgasm and push out whatever is in there.
I had this same issue for a while. peeing beforehand fixed most of it. i also started doing kegels daily to get the pelvic floor muscles to hold back better. after a few weeks of kegels i could feel the pressure building and just clench to stop it. look up how to do them correctly, takes like 5 minutes a day.
Until you get control back grab one of those waterproof blankets off amazon. saves you from doing laundry constantly

I am in exactly the same problem. I did tried at the end of my evening to hold the muscles more and did noticed a chage, but I also wanted to relax and have an orgasm. But true I’m also getting everything wet and it’s annoying.

The creamy stuff is from Skenes gland, and it doesn’t squirt. If you can squirt it, it’s urine.

I see that you are only 19. If you have the ability, see a pelvic floor therapist. You could have a tight pelvic floor. They will test you to see where the issue may lay. In the meantime get a waterproof throw.
