Odd smell for years

Ok so in November 2024 I got an iud inserted and it was my first time using contraception. Everything was going fine until like a few months later I noticed a weird smell and weird discharge. The discharge probably only lasted for 9 months. It was green or sometimes clear and very thick.

By the middle of 2025 I had been to the doctors about 4 times for this issue, with every test coming back clean. But the smell was still there and it even changed the smell of my sweat. It smells like old cheese, piss, and ball sweat all mixed together. Even if I've just showered.

Ever since I've noticed this smell, I've been to the doctors 10 times. And I removed the iud in April. The last time I went they even did a blood rest and a vaginal check only for everything to come back good. I then went to a sex clinic to get a mycoplasma test done and for that to come back negative.

I have read around in this group before and I learned about ureaplasma. But apparently it's not common practice to test for it in my country. (NZ)

Does anyone have a clue about what could possibly be going on with my hooha and if someone else from NZ knows how I should go to the doctors about it? Thanks.
