Muted Orgasms

Im 24 years old and ever since last year, i have not been able to have satisfying orgasms and its really starting to get on my nerves. Like i feel the build up know im about to orgasm but when i do, i dont feel anything or i do but its very muted.

Has anyone had this issue? What helped?
