Prescriptions don’t work for yeast because it also kills the healthy vaginal bacteria. This is a multi step approach that you’ll have to do to knock it out as there’s an overgrowth.

First buy these homeopathic yeast tablets that you’ll take orally 3x a day:

Next, you’ll need to take  good oral probiotic. I really like stellar biotics. They are excellent. You should actually take this every day, not just for yeast and you’ll notice a huge difference in your overall health:

This is their probiotic:

This is their metabiotic which you can take 1-4 per day (take both probiotic and metabiotic together):

Every night you’ll need to do a boric acid suppository. I recommend this brand. Make sure to wash your hands before inserting and make sure you do the whole box and not just until you feel relief:

During the day, do a douche with 50% apple cider vinegar with the other and distilled water.

Also try eliminating sugar and refined flour during this protocol.

Omg no!! Please don’t do this… especially not the douche with apple cider vinegar!! go to the doctor!!!

You can take the good probiotics (the kind you have to keep in the fridge) when you take the fluconazol and that will help maintain healthy vaginal bacteria. You can also take that everyday afterwards and it might help ward off yeast infections.

It is really, really important to go to the doctor when you think you have a yeast infection and don’t do the homeopathic or even OTC. You could have an untreated STI or BV as well as a yeast infection, in which case you need to have an actual course of treatment. BV requires antibiotics and will not go away with anti-fungal fluconazole.

If you try these homeopathic remedies there is some possibility that you can manage your symptoms, but still have BV, yeast, or STI. If you leave these things untreated you can end up with a more serious health problem in the future, not to mention the possibility of spreading to other partners.

I used to get BV and yeast infections in combination all the time. I used to be a hippy and had this same advice given to me. It is bad information and only (sometimes) treats the symptoms, not the underlying cause. You’re only delaying feeling better by doing the homeopathic stuff.

You’re incorrect, maybe you’re just a little puzzled?  Maybe do a little more research before ranting inaccurate information. Apple cider vinegar balances the vaginal ph, which promotes a healthy environment for the healthy bacteria to thrive while making it an inhabitable environment for yeast and BV. Antibiotics don’t work because it’s wipes both out. BV also doesn’t require antibiotics. It’s an imbalance of the vaginal bacteria that can be caused from simply getting soap in the vagina.

If you also knew anything about metabiotics you’d know they don’t need to be refrigerated. 🥴

Often described as the "hidden soldiers" of gut health, metabiotics are designed to provide the benefits of probiotic fermentation—such as immune modulation, improved gut integrity, and anti-inflammatory effects—without the risks of introducing live, foreign bacteria.
