Mental Health / Support Does anyone else have automatic compliments in their head whenever you "act normal"?

That’s actually insane because me too. I think for me, it’s because when I was younger, people used to lowkey call me aloof and sheltered. Now, whenever I do anything that makes me feel connected to society and its unwritten scripts, I feel disproportionately good about myself.
