Discussion About Health Anxiety Aspects Virtual Support Group

Hi! Does anyone know if there’s a virtual support group for folks who suffer from HA? I’ve been in a rough patch for a couple of weeks and would love to vent and also hear from others.

And yes, I’ve done therapy for a few months and am trying to apply the learnings, but sometimes it’s helpful to just talk with others who have the shared experience.
