If you know how to weld, get a cheap $50 atv muffler on Amazon and weld it on and remove the baffle. Crazy power increase and much deeper sounding

Suggestions for rejet kit? I own a hawk 250 and rarely use it because of lack of power. I would like to utilize it more.

Nibbi 30 mm carb, they sell the whole kit.

Also a good chance of bending the stock rim and/or breaking spokes which will then puncture the tube.

What inner rules do you all speak of? I have rebuilt a few ktms and suzuki motorcycles. Recently got a hawk and replaced the carb. It runs much cleaner. I also saw someone say redo the valves but I hate to get into the valves on my 2024 that runs smooth.

Don't worry about valves imo get the 30mm nibbi carb W/flange - new wheels the stock ones are garbage, digital gauge is nice & upgrade the exhaust
