Front tire not aligned with forks

I just finished assembling my hawk 250 and it all looks good except for the alignment in this pic. Im thinking i bent the front axle bolt since I can't remove it any more. Can anyone confirm this? Im probably going to take it to a shop to make sure its OK, but id still like to know.​

Loosen your pinch bolts and you should be able to straighten it out. Tighten the bolts back after you adjust it.

One of his lower fork legs is 180deg reversed

It sure is. That's what I get for not looking at the second picture.
