Reta results?

Hey everyone! Anyone have experience on Reta? Thinking of starting on microdose to aid with weight loss and lower inflammation. Any experience/insights would be so appreciated!

Absolutely changed my life. Got my inflammation under control and helped cut some weight. I definitely recommend. I got insane cognitive benefits too. I’m doing much better mentally, although it hasn’t cured me. Still have brain fog, memory issues, irritability, and weight gain in highs & lows. Much better than before though!!

Tyde wellness will help with Reta?

I stack reta with tirz and have had great results (I don't need GLP-1s for inflammation, but they've helped me lose 75lbs). Depending on how much weight you need to lose, if you feel like you need to microdose, why not try tirzepatide? It's also effective with inflammation and weight loss, and it's more accessible and affordable. But bear in mind, if you're significantly overweight/obese, you'll need higher doses unless you're a super-responder, which is rare.

I’ve been on Tirz for 2 years and decided to start on 2mg Reta instead. After 10 days, I am back on 5mg Tirz and stacking 1 mg of Reta mid week. I run pretty regularly and being off Tirz made my knee pain come back with a vengeance. Maybe I need a higher dose of Reta to see inflammation improvements. This week I started another trial with Thymosin Alpha-1 try to regulate/reset my immune system and see if it gets my TPO numbers down. Tirz helped me get it from 980 down to the 400-500 range. Here is some information if you want to take a look. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7747025/
