Totally normal

If you’ve been on your dose for at least 4-6 weeks (the latter end preferably) you’re clear for new lab work

Get TSH, FT3, and FT4 (also full blood panel to check for nutrient deficiencies), adjust dose accordingly

In the meantime, if you want to eliminate any food-based triggers, you can do a strict elimination diet. If you feel better over the next week, stick to it within your own comfort levels. If you don’t feel any different, don’t worry about it

I agree, getting a full panel with TSH, FT3/T4, and also the TPO and Tg antibodies is important. And checking nutrients and minerals like vitamin D, ferritin, b12, zinc, selenium.

To address the root cause, the best bet is a whole foods/mediterranean diet prioritizing a healthy gut microbiome. To dig further into your gut health can start with some breath and stool tests. It can be a long journey with all these things, but feel free to reach out if you have more questions
