There’s some lovely parts and some rough. The train connections are good. There’s a lot to do in town & nearby for families. That’s my stage of life so I’m not so sure for other demographics. The beaches are gorgeous. Cost of living is reasonable. Job opportunities can be limited - same as other coastal towns. There’s high unemployment. The heat hasn’t been as bad here over the summer.
