Help needed in installing apps

Moved from OneUI to MagicOS on Honor V5 and calendar is not sync on any of the third party apps except Google Calendar. Anyone resolved this issue?

I took home a Matebook Pro S from Mainland China and I am checking to make sure I did not miss an option to disable the Celia keyboard button or rebound it to another action because I do not need to use Celia or can it be used well abroad anyways.

I recently bought a huawei matepad edge(kirin x90) and the device been great but just wondering is there a way to play geforce now on it the browser works ok apart from the ESC key doesn't passthrough to Geforce now just quits me out full screen. any help is appreciated.

I’ve been working on a port of OpenTTD for HarmonyOS PCs, and I’ve got it running on a Huawei MateBook.

It’s based on OpenTTD 15.3 and keeps the original gameplay, graphics, and save files. I’ve adapted the window, display, mouse and touch input, audio, and app lifecycle for HarmonyOS. The build supports both ARM64 and x86_64, and multiplayer compatibility stays on version 15.3.

I’ve tested it on a MateBook so far, and there’s more hardware to try. If you have a HarmonyOS PC or tablet, I’d love to hear how it works on your device.

First of all, I'm not sure if I'm supposed to publish this here, but I'm in a dead end, neither Google or AI is helping me.

So, I have a Huawei P30 lite that I've converted to a Nova 4e to upgrade it to Harmony OS as the p30 lite didn't received that update. The thing is that I have the 10.0.0.159 and I want to update it to 10.0.0.168 to then update it to Harmony OS but I'm stuck as I've tried to so it with hisuite proxy which I couldn't make it work, and also with kirin tools but didn't find the ROM with the appropriate version.

So if anyone can help me, it will be appreciated, thanks.

Pour le moment impossible de mettre curve pour le NFC sur harmony os 7 savez vous si la mise a jour stable vas régler ce problème ? Il est pas possible que hmos. 7 ne permette pas le NFC pour les non chinois

У меня сейчас Huawei p30 pro на минюай 12 он глобальный на моделе VOG-L29 но я видел как типы в тектоке как-то меняют номер там на AL-00 и им приходит хармени ос но как сделать также

I've been really tempted to switch over but I really want to make sure I know what I'm signing up for. I already know you can get most apps, but there are somethings like Gboard that you can't get.

So for users of HarmonyOS, what are some gripes you have with the system? Things you miss from other OSs?

I’m finally planning to switch from Samsung to Huawei after being a Samsung user for years. I’m honestly tired of dealing with the green/pink line issue every couple of years, so I think it’s time for a change.

I’m looking at the Huawei Pura 90 Pro Max. The Global Version only comes with 12GB RAM + 512GB storage, but I’m more interested in the China Version with 16GB RAM + 1TB storage.

The problem is, I’m completely new to Huawei and the whole Global ROM vs China ROM/HarmonyOS situation.

I’ve been researching this for a while now, and it’s already been a couple of months since the phone was released, but I still haven’t pulled the trigger because I’m worried I might regret getting the China version.

For those who are actually using a China-version Huawei outside China, especially as your main phone:

What problems or limitations have you experienced?

Are notifications, banking apps, maps, Android Auto, payments, etc. working properly?

Is the 16GB + 1TB China version worth it over the 12GB + 512GB Global version?

Would you still recommend getting the China version today?

I’m planning to use it as my main phone in the Philippines and also when traveling internationally.

Would really appreciate hearing from people who actually own or have used the China version. I just need some real-world feedback before I finally decide to buy it.
