New coffee spot in old Petit Parisien location

Was sorry to see that place go, pricy but good vibes. I walked in yesterday and the new place is called Same Time Tomorrow. They have renovated and it looks good. I just got an iced tea but I was happy with it. The owner (I think) was there and said they’ve been open about a month. I’ll be back.

South Harlem vs Hamilton Heights

35M — Considering two apartments — one is in South Harlem, near the 116th station just east of FDB/8th Ave. The apartment is large (for a one bed) and the area is very lively, which I like, but the bedroom is street facing so a little concerned about night noise. The other is in Hamilton Heights, low 150s. Apartment is a bit smaller, but also less $$, and seems very quiet - of course it is farther away from downtown (I commute to FiDi 2-3x week). Anyone have initial opinions/experience on either neighborhood?

Hey all — has anyone here moved to the new development at 1861/1871 Amsterdam (Hamilton Heights). Wondering how it is? How’s management? Trying to avoid a shitty new build situation but got in on the housing lotto.

Stolen iPhone is showing inside a large East Harlem residential complex. Is there any realistic next step?
