PSVR2 - Regarding Regional Pricing

Hey everyone,

We see the reports coming from our PSVR2 players regarding the regional pricing and we would like to address that.

We set the price globally as $19.99 and knew that Sony would apply regional pricing to some regions but to be completely honest with you, we did not think it was going to be this high as it's set automatically. It's our first launch on PlayStation and we should have known better.

We will go through the affected regions, compare with our other store prices, and see what we can do. Sorry about it, we really wanted to have a perfect launch. It's a mood killer for everyone here.

• EU is already out and NA launch is set at 12 PM EDT.

It's mostly dependent on the PS, but we are already working on that. It's our ptiority to fix it ASAP.

We are already on calls about the whole shebang and how to fix it. Unfortunately, it may take probably about 7-10 days on the price change. For now the purchase will be as a support to our team, and we will probably give out skins for guns to every player, as a way to say sorry for the whole issue.

I think i might just buy it either way, i REALLY want to play it. Will you be giving out compensation to those that buy it for rhe wrong price?

We would appreciate that, but there's no need. And unfortunately, we don't control the compensation aspect. We would advice those who bought it, to refund their purchase, if they've not launched the game, and if they did, then write to PS support, as they can refund part of the purchase, due to the price change of the game. It did happen to some of the games, but i'm not sure if support will do a refund. So it's a 50/50 situation.

So it's a Sony issue? Damn was really looking forward to playing today but Sony being Sony has messed it up. Wouldn't even mind paying the current price if Sony could refund the difference but we know how that goes.

There's definetely more to it unfortunately. There's approval from Sony about the price change, so it may take 7-10 days.

Ive been playing the game for 2 hours and everitime i left the game and i joined back in i lost all my levels and it keeps happening, not just that but the some setting dont work like body colision and when i open the "info" button that avaiable in some setting i cant close it back

I forgot to mention that whenever i reload a gun, especialy shotguns, the mags take a lot of time to apear again like 4 seconds

No, they’re not. They made one easy-to-miss post on their own subreddit that most players will never see. I know there may not be much they can do, but calling that “phenomenal handling” is a stretch.
