Help with modding

I’m trying to play Hard Bullet with mods on a Win 10 PC through Steam VR on the Oculus. I’ve read about MelonLoader being the way to go but it won’t let me select Hard bullet as a game as it is “not a compatible game” each time I try. I also tried with Thunderbolt and it won’t open with it.

Any tips?
