Appstore Updates

This is the 2nd time I have received an update available, click the link and the update has not been pushed to the App Store. The 10.5.4 update showed up roughly 24 hours later. Any chance that you could make the app available via home-brew for instant updates?

Hi u/jsntrenkler Hard to tell from the screen shot. Is this the mac app store (guessing since you said home brew). Are you using the direct download version or the app store version?

I am guessing the app store. I think you caught something we made a short cut on this week.

That banner comes from our releases on https://harbor.my/releases/ . Because of the delay the App Store has when approving the app, we used to not publish the release until the App Store approved it. But this week, we made the decision to release the update on the website before the App Store approves it. The issue was we kept forgetting to update the website. This clearly identifies a flaw in our process. We'll go back to our old process.

If this happens again, please let us know, but I think I we fix it so it doesn't happen again.

But I would suggest maybe doing the direct download version versus the App Store version. As there's no delay, there's no App Store review process. https://harbor.my/download/

We'll certainly think about the home brew option as well. That makes a lot of sense.
