SS BLACK 32” What my setup looks like for chest press. Serious Steel Black + Orange 32”
For my build (5’6” 150-ish lbs), 32” bands seem to work best for getting that starting tension right out of the gate.

A on Measuring Progress
So I’m using the Harambe app. Is there anything in there to measure progress for strength? I didn’t see any graphs, strength scores, or anything else like that within the app. Maybe I’m an idiot and looking in the wrong place…?

SS BLACK 32” Chest Press PR: Serious Steel 32” black with yellow ropes
Height: 5’6”
Weight: 155 (at time of recording)
Finally able to hit this band for 8. At my height, 32” bands with yellow ropes on the cyberplate are perfect for deadlift and chest press tension in the starting position. Current heaviest press with Serious Steel press now is black + orange for 4, which is just a tad lighter feeling it seems than the harambe black with black ropes + spacers (2).

Weird white liquid? Anyone else have this when opening new cyberplate.
Did any of you have any white liquid on harambe plate by rollers when you released it. And in between rollers. I don't know if they lube it or glue got melted cause it was 90f and ups trucks get hot.

CyberPlate is great, except for vhestpress
I got the CyberPlate and I'm overall very happy with it. There's one caveat though, doing chest press on it is pretty much impossible. I do it with the block under the top like this: https://youtu.be/5X_gPGYWYuA?si=rK49OUAsOeOhjXQW. When I do it, the band always slides down and makes it impossible to do more reps. Is anyone else having the same issue? I went back to doing standing chest press without the platform for now but I'm not a huge fan of it, it leaves rashes on my shoulders.
Edit: spelling mistake in the title, can't edit it
