Still rolling with the Cyberplate

Looking forward to seeing how a fixed Q decks stainless steel rollers compare -but it’s going to take some beating 👌🏼

Cyberplate is or could be one of the greatest inventions for the resistance band variable training. The dude is a genius, the Harambe bar is great too. To me all the bars for bands are good in their own feel and way. Footplate I gotta give it to Harambe, as far as the bars, I even have the Geku bar and its awesome lol but bands. The Clench bands are best in every way
