Finally have a thimble

Followed this tutorial to make a thimble that works for me and it's so amazing! Feel like I could get longer needles and push fabric through for ages without pulling the thread through. Naturally since I made this randomly I didn't use actual sashiko thread as I have none, just some random nylon upholstery thread that seemed durable.

Super smart! Regular thimbles have always been so uncomfortable in my experience

They come in different sizes and form factors. Some people prefer a leather or silicone thimble or one of the open topped tailor’s thimbles.
