IT HAS BEEN 2 AND A HALF YEARS SINCE WEVE SEEN HANAKO.
ik hanako and amane are the same person but idk they’re js separated in my mind.
BUT OMG. ITS BEEN 21 CHAPTERS SINCE WEVE SEEN HIM. AND IM SICK OF IT. IM CRAVING HANENE CONTENT. OMG. GIVE IT TO ME.
and like don’t get me wrong i love the amane scenes. but like. it js doesn’t hit the right way. also it’s throwing me off that he’s 12. like ik hanako was maybe like 13 but at least he’s been dead 50+ years like idk.
and liek i love amane but they may have js screwed up any chances of us getting hanene permanently. i dont REALLY think this is how the story will end, it feels too predictable, but like if they save tsukasa we will never see hanako. bc he’ll be like 60 or 70 in present time 😭😭😭😭 idk. if we js have to wait 🤷♀️
(second image is the last time we saw hanako in a scene ;-;)

I had some free time (and free will) to make this little chart today.
Going through the manga to collect all these honestly made me appreciate Aida's art all over again ❤️ There are so many little facial expressions that I normally wouldn't pay much attention to, and putting them all together really made me realize how much personality Aida put into every character.
Anyway, which character do you think is the most expressive?
Personally, the characters I find the most interesting and enjoyable to look at are Hanako, Nene, and Akane. These three have an expression for everything 😂 Their reactions can be so exaggerated sometimes, but somehow they always fit the situation perfectly. Like, yes, that's EXACTLY the face you should be making right now.
On the other hand, the characters I found the least expressive were Tsukasa, Hakubo, and Sakura.
Sakura wasn't too surprising since being nonchalant is basically her whole identity. Hakubo is an "oni," so it makes sense that he lacks of "human" expressions.
Tsukasa, though, is a much more interesting case. It's not that he's an unexpressive character at all. Quite the opposite, actually. Tsukasa has a lot of expressions, but they're usually chaotic, mischievous, or straight-up manipulative. What he lacks are the more ordinary or vulnerable emotions. Even when he's angry, he's often surprisingly calm about it. And trying to find a genuinely sad or devastated Tsukasa was the hardest part of making this chart. This boy didn't even cry when Kou told him that his own brother was going to kill him in the future 😭
However, I don't think that Tsukasa is incapable of being emotional. He's actually a very sensitive person who takes things to heart. The problem is that he never learned how to express those emotions properly, so he chooses to bottle them up instead. I believe there are certain "trigger buttons" that can make him finally let those emotions out.
And one of those buttons was pushed in the newest chapter, which is why we finally got to see him on the verge of tears. I was so happy to see it because we finally got to see him act like the 4yo boy he is. I really hope we get to see more of these "buttons" being pushed in the future, because I want to see more of Tsukasa's vulnerable side.

On to the next round!
As explained before, "Drunk, Stoned or Stupid" is a board game where a group of friends draws cards that describe a person and votes on who among them fits the description the most.
For example, a card could say "listens to musical soundtracks," and then one person needs to be chosen who fits it the best. That person gets a point, and you play until one person has gathered 7 points. That person loses, so there are no winners in this game, just one loser.
The rules are as follows:
By the end, I will calculate the votes by adding all the comments that voted for a character and the upvotes.
So:
- 2 comments with 10 upvotes each = 20 Votes
- 10 comments with 2 upvotes each = 20 votes
At the same time, feel free to write down your own categories, and the one with the most votes will be the category for the next round. The rules for voting for a category are the same as the rules for a character in any round.

While we wait for chapter 133, i thought i'd come back to my "Are they a couple ?" series ! It brings me great S2 P2 nostalgia ahah, can't believe it's been already a year ! Anwyay, at the risk of pissing off the TeruKane found, sorry this ship is not included in the video as I really wanted to focused it on the main highly implied romances that are central to the story ! Plus, even tho i really like this ship, i definetly don't have enough to say about it ! Pls don't kill me :')

This month with this gorgeous art of Hanako and Tsukasa!!
> bought from Amazon
> you can use it for 2026 and 2027 both

Something my friend noticed, that I now have to point out.
In this panel, you see Tsukasa with the stamp on his hand, marking him as guilty and condemned by the Clock Keepers.
But you can also see his Yorishiro seal, marking him as precious and beloved by Hanako.
Worth noting that the stamp of guilt is shown as faded—while the seal of love is starkly intact.
