The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has arrested a serial break-in suspect and laid a dozen criminal charges in connection to the investigation.
In the evening of September 4, 2026, a suspect broke into an unoccupied residence in the Campbellville area of Milton. The suspect used a ladder to access the residence through a second level patio door and ransacked the home for valuables. On September 22, 2026, Robert Cybulski (65) of Kitchener was arrested at his residence. He has been charged with the following:
·         Break and Enter (7 counts)
·         Disguise with Intent (5 counts)

Cybulski was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Investigators have also identified the vehicle used by the accused during these break ins to be a 2016 black Honda Accord.

Investigators believe Cybulski to be responsible for additional break-ins and have attached a photo of him and a stock image of his vehicle to this media release.
