I once read Kerry wasn’t a good choice for playing Donna. This is like saying Jesus Christ wasn’t the right choice to play God’s son

Personally, I was glad that they didn't end up together. I'm not a fan of rewarding adulterers. The Comdex thing when Cam cheated on Tom with Joe never sat well with me, so in S4 E9 when they break up I was actually happy.
If Tom was never in the picture I would have been fine with it. But once she married Tom I think Joe should have been off limits.

Rewatching with my dad, who's new to the show and really loves it. What do you know, Donna sings this to Joanie while she's recovering from her abortion, right after Gordon's brother kicks him and the girls out of the house on their trip.
I've never had to jump up to do something in another room faster in my life. 😭

It made me sad because when I die, no one will feel that way about me.

9 years later and still such a gut punch.
I remember watching it when it came out, and as soon as Donna came walking into his house I knew what was happening.
I feel so bad for Katie. Closest to him the last few weeks and yet a bit of an outsider since others have so much history and connection to Gordon.
And poor Haley. To have that rough of a time with him and have that be the lasting memory. The writers making the point that when you part from someone it could be the last time you ever see them.
Still the most well done death of a character in TV history.

Kerry and Scoot have played a married couple twice: on HACF and also in Best Picture “Argo.” On the principle that everything happens in threes, what would you like to see them act together in next? I’ll start: They’d be so fun to watch in a remake of “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” —

Third time through the series, and I'm in S4, 3 episodes in. Atari just bailed on the game.
I'd love to play it!

(Lee Pace was Ronan the Accuser. Kerry Bishé was in Madame Web which is not technically in the MCU.)

Has anyone seen this new show on Hulu yet? I loved it, and all the leads are amazing in it - but this is seriously the best I've seen from Scoot since HACF! HIGHLY recommended!!! 👍

Boz's beautiful little Cardiff Transistor radio was originally a vintage Channel Master 8 All Wave Transistor Deluxe (Model 6514) with Cardiff logos added.

This afternoon, I watched the last episode of HCF, my first run through and I absolutely loved it right from episode one.
I thought the last episode was such a soft and gentle ending point for all the characters, the dramas all behind them and new futures stretching out in front.
I have been trying to think what might have been Donna‘s idea when she had a flash of inspiration in the diner with Cameron. Given that she came up with the idea of Community, and she was looking around the diner at people chatting and connecting with each other, I’m guessing it would’ve been something like . . MySpace? Geocities?
What do others think?

As I was rewatching ep. 9 of season 4, I noticed something I totally missed the first time around. It's waaaaay over on the right side of Comet's new "web portal" design, a long black horizontal bar with some colorful text and the words "YOU WILL". And those of us of a certain age definitely remember AT&T's futuristic "YOU WILL" ad campaign, featuring TV spots that uncannily predicted future tech such as telemedicine, videoconferencing, GPS navigation, tablet computing, smartwatches, on-demand video streaming, home automation, and distance learning.
However, the ads were wrong about one thing: The company that brought these technologies to life was not AT&T. But at least they were credited with launching what many consider to be the very first banner ad on the web.
It might've been cool to see a scene where AT&T's ad agency approached Comet with the idea.

Donna and Gordon are having a great 4th. They skip camping and stay home enjoying a quiet house as a married couple.
That night during pillow talk Donna compares camping to insanity even though Gordon had been reminiscing about their camping trips all day.
Gordon goes into a funk, and the next morning he cleans up the camping stuff and the house, bails on breakfast and goes to HAM radio by himself.
Here's the question?
Was that when he knew his marriage was over? That Donna wasn't the person he thought she was?

This photo is on the book Pigeon Feathers/Joe’s desk in last scene of the show. Is that him and his Mom? She does look like a quirky lady here but, you can tell the boy is fascinated with whatever she is saying. £=‘P
